BOOKINGS
Bookings can be made by contacting us by way of phone or email. We check our messages at least every two hours. 
 
Our rates are per room per night and include a comprehensive breakfast.
 
CANCELLATION POLICY
Payment is usually taken at the time of your stay but we reserve the right to take a deposit at the time of your booking. In the event that you cancel within 14 days of your stay then we reserve the right to charge you the full amount in the event that we are unable to secure an alternative booking.


PRIVACY POLICY
Any information given by you by whatever means is strictly confidential and will never be passed on to any third parties without your written consent. All information will be kept for no more than 12 months after which time it will be deleted/destroyed.

PARKING
There is free parking on a short private drive leading to the front of the property or on the road adjacent to the property.

ACCESS STATEMENT
Access to the main house and the guest bedrooms is by way of a single key. 

Access to the house is across a flat driveway with a 4 inch step into the main hallway. 
All the guest rooms are situated on the first floor which are reached by way of  stairs. There is a bannister to support guests where additional stability is necessary.

The minimum door width is 30 inches (77 cms) in to the bedrooms and 26 inches (66 cms) in to the en-suites.  All bedrooms have door locks & carpeted flooring. Anti- allergen duvets and pillows are available on request. The en-suites have tiled flooring. If access is a consideration for you then please contact us by phone and we can talk through the best offering prior to booking.

FIRE RISK ASSESSMENT
A full fire risk assessment has been undertaken and is regularly reviewed. There are fire extinguishers located in the hallway and on the first floor. A fire blanket is located in the kitchen. There are smoke detectors in strategic places throughout the house and in every bedroom and are all linked to the main electricity supply. Fire doors are fitted to all the bedrooms. Details of the escape route in the event of a fire are provided in every room.
 
HOT TUB & SAUNA
The hot tub and sauna are available for use by all our guests but you do so at your own risk. In every room you will find an information pack which includes the rules regarding the use of the hot tub and sauna to ensure that you are able to enjoy the facilities safely. A copy of these rules are available on request before your stay.
 
LIABILITY
We do not accept any liability for any damage, loss or injury to any guest, their vehicles or possessions unless caused by a negligent action on our part.
